Shipping & Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    No. Due to the nature of body care products, returns are not accepted. Once something leaves my hands and heads to your home, it cannot come back. It is not sanitary, it is not safe, and it is not something anyone wants arriving in the mail.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a genuine issue, reach out within 3 days and I will look into it. Customer satisfaction matters, and I am not here to leave anyone hanging.

  • How do you ship?

    All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. This is the fastest and most reliable way to get products from my dungeon to your door. Priority includes tracking, insurance, and better handling, so that is the shipping method I choose to protect your order.

  • What is the shipping cost?

    There is a flat rate of 12 dollars for shipping. I try to keep product prices as reasonable as possible, but shipping costs continue to rise, and this flat rate keeps things simple and consistent..

  • How long does fulfillment take?

    Packing and handling takes 3 to 5 business days for items that are already in stock.

  • What if my item is a soap that is still curing?

    If you pre-order a soap that is not fully cured, it will ship 3 to 5 days after the cure process is complete. Handmade soap needs time to become hard, mild, and perfect, and I will never ship a bar before it is ready unless special arrangements have been agreed upon.

  • Anything else I should know?

    If USPS loses your package or your package is stolen, the claim must be filed with USPS, and I will still work with you to make the situation right. Communication is key. I want every customer happy with both the products and the process.
