Shipping & Handling
Currently, we will only ship within the United States. We use USPS for all shipments. All orders will be shipped First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order. UPDATE: DUE TO THE USPS NO LONGER GUARANTEEING FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY 3 DAY ARRIVAL TIME, only priority mail will be used to better assure your package does not sit in a mail facility for weeks and avoid shipping issues until the USPS gets back to normal.
Currently, shipping is at a flat rate of $7.99. UPDATE: DUE TO USPS TEMPORARY INCREASING RATES, the flat-rate amount has had to increase slightly. It will be $8.99 for all orders via priority mail. This increase is dated from October 18th–December 27th, 2020. When the USPS reverses this increase, the shipping rates will return to $7.99 per shipment.
We do our best to process and ship our orders as fast as we can. Processing usually takes up to 3-5 days. Some items are made to order. In the event, a product is still unavailable, details of the shipping date will be provided on the product page for things such as pre-orders.
Insurance & Tracking
Insurance and tracking are provided to all shipments. In the event that your package arrives in a broken state, please contact us so we can get it resolved with USPS. We will do anything in our power to resolve any and all situations and work on your behalf with the USPS to resolve any situations that may arise.
Orders of 100.00 and up will also require a signature confirmation.
Sometimes mistakes are made and packages are misdelivered or deliver then stolen. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. Please make sure your address is correct and be aware of your location.
Some of our products are whipped and have a lighter texture. For this reason, they are sold by volume and not by weight as noted on labels. When an item is sold by weight, it could contain more than the label has claimed but it will never be less.
It is possible that items may settle some during shipping. Shipping hot weather or too hot climate areas can cause some melting in some products. If this ever becomes an issue, we reserve the right to sell certain items to certain areas during hotter seasons. We recommend storing all products in a cool and dry area.
We are a small business and take pride in every product we create. All products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Due to this, colors, scents, and shades may vary from batch to batch.
No refunds or replacements will be given if you claim you did not receive your package but any tracking that is available shows that you did. Please understand that we are a small hobby business and cannot be responsible for packages that are shown delivered but go missing.
Because soap products are personal products, NO REFUNDS are offered. Once an item has been shipped out, it cannot be resold.
Soap colors and fragrances differ with every batch. Our soaps are handcrafted and/or hand-cut. Weights will vary from bar to bar, container to container, and batch to batch. Suppliers sometimes change and scents and colors change as well. We do our best to show what the finished product looks like and give you a description of the scent and attributes for you to make your choice to purchase. We cannot offer refunds because the scent or color was not exactly as you thought.
If you have a different issue that needs to be addressed, product refunds will be determined on an individual basis.
We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. We use many oils and butters that come from nuts. If you have any concerns, please contact us. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all ingredients for any possible allergies. The ingredients are provided on the product page for your convenience. There is no way for us to know what allergies you may have. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists.
Keep out of reach of children.
While most of our soaps mimic food remember it is SOAP and is meant to cleanse and should never be eaten.
Many items contain oils and/or body butter which can make your tub slippery. Use extreme caution when entering and exiting your tub.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Scrub Butter is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
The safety of these products has not been determined by the FDA. Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure to some items on this site could cause irritation to skin and urinary tract.
